Are your pearls real?
Yes! All of our pearls are genuine and carefully selected for their natural glow and character. Each one is slightly unique — that’s what makes real pearls so special.

What kinds of pearls do you use?
We offer both freshwater and ocean pearls of different grades, including South Sea Golden, Tahitian, South Sea White, and Akoya pearls. This gives you a variety of styles and price options to choose from.

How do I care for my pearls?
Put your pearls on after applying perfume or lotion, and wipe them gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Store them in a soft pouch away from other jewelry, and avoid water, soap, and harsh chemicals.

Can I wear my pearls every day?
Yes! Pearls love to be worn — the natural oils from your skin help them stay radiant. Just remember to wipe them clean afterward.

Are pearls waterproof?
No. Pearls should not be exposed to water, especially pools or showers, as it can dull their shine and weaken the string.

Do you offer repairs?
Not yet, but I’m gradually preparing to offer pearl repair and restringing services in the future.

Can I request gift wrapping?
Yes! Every order is packaged with care, and I’m happy to include gift wrapping or a handwritten note if you’d like.
