Thank you so much for supporting my small business. Every piece is carefully chosen and made with love, and I want you to feel happy with your purchase.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and with the original tag attached. 

  • Original packaging (box or pouch) should be included.

  • Sale or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

Please fill out the form below or email me at silkpearlcreations@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item name

  3. The reason for return (optional, but helpful❤️)

I’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please email me with photos right away. I’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund (including return shipping).

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once I receive your return. (Shipping costs are not included.)

Final Sale
For quality and hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns on worn jewelry or items without their original tag/packaging. Please keep the tag attached until you’re sure you’ll keep your piece.
